Product Details
Antlers are sorted by weight, rather than length. The cut edges are beveled for a smoother finish. Royal brown antlers are a premium quality antler hand selected for its rich brown coloration and freshness. This is a grade A antler which has been split lengthwise to expose the marrow. Good for customers looking for a very long lasting chew. . Elk antlers have a higher ratio of soft inner marrow compared to the extremely hard outer layer, meaning that it won't be as dense as a deer antler. Split antlers are recommended for dogs who might not be used to chewing on antlers; however, a split antler is not as durable as a whole antler. Pick the right sized antler depending on the chewing strength of the dog (i.e. a large German shepherd should not be given a small antler, they should be given a large antler). Benefits of Elk Antlers:
- Elk antlers are less likely to splinter or chip than bones.
- No preservatives, additives, or artificial ingredients, so what you see is what you get.
- Antlers are full of nutrients like calcium and phosphorus as well, so your pup is getting some extra minerals to help promote stronger bones and teeth.
- Scrape away plaque buildup, improving your pup’s dental hygiene and tooth strength
- Natural stress reliever, chewing is a healthy activity for dogs entirely on their own. Best to provide your dog with something that benefits him when he’s chewing rather than something valuable of yours like furniture!

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the Difference Between Elk and Deer Antlers?
Elk antlers have a softer outer core compared to deer antlers which makes them easier to grind down. Elk antlers have a thinner outer core as well, with the inner marrow taking up the majority of space. A very strong dog could probably crush this antler into multiple pieces. An elk antler is better for a dog that is not as of aggressive as a chewer.
Are Antlers Safe for Puppies to Chew?
Antlers are not the best chew to give to a puppy since their teeth are not hard and formed and antlers are very hard. Finding a softer, all meat chew is best for a puppy.
