Return & Refund Policy
At Jack's Premium, we take pride in producing small-batch, handcrafted pet treats and chews made with premium ingredients. Because our products are food items and are considered perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returned merchandise once it has left our facility.
Refunds & Store Credit
Customer satisfaction is important to us. While we do not accept returns, we may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit on a case-by-case basis if:
- Your order arrives damaged.
- You receive the wrong item.
- Your order is missing items.
- There is a quality issue with the product.
To request assistance, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
Refunds, replacements, or store credit are granted solely at the discretion of Jack's Premium after reviewing the circumstances of each request.
Shipping Issues
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays caused by the carrier are generally outside of our control. However, we will work with customers to help resolve shipping-related issues whenever possible.
Subscription Cancellation Policy
At Jack's Premium, our subscription program is designed to provide convenient, automatic delivery of your pet's favorite products. Because our products are prepared, packaged, and fulfilled shortly after processing, we ask customers to review the following cancellation policy.
Advance Notice of Upcoming Orders
Customers will receive an email notification approximately three (3) days before their subscription order is processed. This notice serves as a reminder that an upcoming order is scheduled and provides an opportunity to make any desired changes.
Canceling a Subscription
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time before the scheduled order is processed. Cancellation requests must be submitted prior to the processing date shown in the subscription notification email.
Subscriptions may be canceled by logging into your account or by contacting customer service.
Orders Already Processed
Once a subscription order has been processed, charged, or entered into fulfillment, the order cannot be canceled.
Due to the perishable nature of our products and our small-batch production process, we do not offer refunds for subscription orders that have already been processed.
Refunds
Refunds or store credit may be considered on a case-by-case basis for orders that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Any such requests should be submitted promptly after delivery.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to maintain accurate account information, including payment details, shipping address, and subscription preferences. Customers are encouraged to review their subscription reminder emails to ensure any changes are made before the processing date.
By maintaining an active subscription, customers acknowledge and agree to these subscription terms and cancellation policies.
